Julian Draxler considering changing clubs this summer

Julian Draxler made his first appearance in a Germany shirt since October 2020 last Saturday evening.

The forward played his part in a more than convincing 2-0 win over Israel and clearly enjoyed his time on the pitch.

After the match, the 28-year-old said: “I need to have more match practice towards the World Cup. We’ll see what happens in the summer. I have to play more this season.”

Draxler’s words come after Germany head coach, Hansi Flick said every player “has to know what is best for his future. If players want advice, I’m happy to be there for them.

Draxler has played 18 times in Ligue 1 this season, scoring two goals and making one assist. His contract at Paris Saint-Germain runs until 2024.
