Joachim Löw on Hansi Flick: “He has so much experience in different areas and is very competent.”

Germany national coach Joachim Löw has backed interim Hansi Flick to be a success at Bayern Munich after winning his first two games in charge of the Bundesliga club.

“I know Hansi inside out. We worked together for eight years, and the players also benefited a lot from him,” Löw told Kicker.

“Of course, Hansi has a clear idea of what he wants to add to a team. Therefore, it was clear to me that he would be off to a good start.

“Hansi can do it! He has so much experience in different areas and is very competent. He also has empathy and gets along well with the players.”

Flick worked as an assistant to Löw for the German national team.
