Borussia Dortmund have confirmed that Mario Götze is ruled out for six weeks with ankle ligament damage.
The Germany international featured in Dortmund’s 4-4 with Ruhr rivals, Schalke.
Götze tweeted: “Due to an injury, I have to rest for about 10 days. After that I can start my individual training again. It really annoys me that I cannot help the team at the moment.”
