Thomas Müller and Ilkay Gündogan some of the names announced as part of the Germany squad for EURO 2024

The DFB are continuing to role out the announcements for the Julian Nagelsmann’s Germany squad for Euro 2024, after Robert Andrich, Pascal Groß and Joshua Kimmmich were announced earlier today. 

Since the morning annoucements, Barcelona midfielder and captain llkay Gundogan was announced on a billboard in Aleksanderplatz in Berlin. Real Madrid defender Antonio Rüdiger call up was announced by his favourite Kebab Shop in Berlin. While the latest announcement has seen David Raum in a video in collaboration with Lufthansa. 

Thomas Müller also announced himself as part of the squad on his Instagram account. 

The DFB have announced players in this manner to avoid leaks from journalists, but that hasnt stopped them as it has previoulsy been revelaed that both Julian Brandt and Mats Hummels will not be a part of the 26 man squad this summer. 

With the full squad is expected to be announced tomorrow (Thursday) and there are eight spaces left to be revealed. GGFN have had their own go at naming their 26 man squads, which you can read here
