Everton weigh up Sheraldo Becker bid

As reported by Sky Germany’s Florian Plettenberg, Everton are considering making an offer to Union Berlin for Suriname forward Sheraldo Becker (27).

This comes after, as reported by the BBC, that Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher is not keen on a switch to Everton, forcing the Premier League strugglers to look at targets elsewhere.

Per Plettenberg, Premier League side West Ham United have also enquired about Becker, and this comes after Nottingham Forest also made an enquiry to Union last month.

Becker signed a contract extension in June until 2024 but Union would appear to be open to a sale should they receive a suitable offer. However, it remains to be seen if they would strike a deal on deadline day.

A move that Union is expected to complete however, is that of Isco. The former Real Madrid and Sevilla playmaker is reportedly in Berlin, per Sport1, to undergo his medical with the club before signing a contract until 2024 with an option to extend.
