According to Sport1, 21-year-old Denmark international Jesper Lindstrøm has signed a contract with Eintracht Frankfurt and is nearing a €6.5m transfer to the Bundesliga side.
The Brondby midfielder scored 10 and created 11 in 29 games last season and is expected to join Eintracht imminently.
Lindstrøm will become the second high profile player to join Eintracht Frankfurt this summer after the Bundesliga side recently announced the signing of Colombian striker Rafael Santos Borré.
