Kicker report that Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt are on the verge of signing defensive midfielder Kristijan Jakić on loan from Dinamo Zagreb with an obligation to buy.
SGE have been scouring the market for a new No. 6 following an injury to Sebastian Rode with talks progressing between Eintracht and Dinamo Zagreb.
The Hessen club will sign the 24-year-old on a season-long loan with an obligation to buy for around €5m, the Croatian international would then sign a contract until 2026.
