West Ham United have tonight approached Hertha Berlin regarding the transfer of 34-year-old forward Salomon Kalou, according to Kicker.
The Ivorian has previous experience in the Premier League have played at Chelsea for six years whilst Kalou has asked to leave the Bundesliga club.
With just hour remaining in this transfer window, only time will tell as to whether Kalou will get his wish.
