Bayern Munich have announced the signing of Schalke goalkeeper Alexander Nübel on a five-year contract. The 23-year-old will join the Bundesliga champions when his contract expires in the summer.
According to SID, Nübel will earn €5.5m per year at Bayern Munich, significantly lower than the reported €7m Schalke offered if he was to sign a contract extension.
Bayern Munich have no plans to send Nübel out on loan.
