Borussia Dortmund have announced the contract extension of head coach Lucien Farve until 2021.
The Swiss tactician was appointed last summer following the failings of Peter Bosz and Peter Stöger, with the 60-year-old taking the Bundesliga title race down to the final day of the season, finishing eventual runners-up to Bayern Munich.
“I’m delighted to have the opportunity to shape the sporting future of this tradition-steeped club,” said Farve.
