Multiple reputable outlets report that 24-year-old right-back Jeremy Toljan will complete a €2m to €3m season-long loan from Borussia Dortmund to Sassuolo in Serie A today.
The two clubs have also agreed to a €5m option to buy clause in the agreement.
Toljan spent last season on loan at Celtic and was informed by Lucien Favre that he did not have a short-term future with BVB.
He is under contract with Dortmund until 2022.
