Felix Wiedwald to Nantes? Jiri Pavlenka set to be replacement

It may be the off-season, but there’s plenty of Bundesliga making moves so far in the first week of June. Serge Gnabry has left Werder Bremen for Bayern Munich whilst goalkeeper Felix Wiedwald could be the next to depart.

FC Nantes are interested in signing the 27-year-old stopper, per Kicker, who was instrumental in turning Bremen’s fortunes around last season. As a replacement, the Bundesliga club are to make a move for Slavia Prague’s Jiri Pavlenka.

Pavlenka should cost Bremen in the region of €2 million.
