Bayern Munich confirm Niklas Süle and Sebastian Rudy deals

Bayern Munich confirmed on Sunday morning that they have deals in place to sign both Niklas Süle and Sebastian Rudy from TSG 1899 Hoffenheim in the summer.

Süle has put pen to paper on a deal until 2022 whilst 26-year-old Rudy has signed a contract until 2020. The former is set to arrive for around €25 million whilst Rudy’s contract at Hoffenheim expires in the summer, and so he is able to move on a free.

“We’re very satisfied and delighted Niklas Sule and Sebastian Rudy are joining us. Signing two Germany internationals is an investment in FC Bayern’s future. Sebastian Rudy joins us on a free transfer. In the case of Niklas Sule we have reached a fair and serious agreement with TSG Hoffenheim,” says Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.

Hoffenheim sporting director Alexander Rosen also confirmed the deal, saying the departures will be a “huge loss but also recognition for the work at Hoffenheim.”
