Speaking at his pre-match press conference on Thursday, Arsène Wenger has revealed that Mesut Özil could leave Arsenal in January, but nothing is set in stone.
“It is possible (they [Sanchez & Özil] could go in January),” said Wenger.
“I always said that the fact we didn’t sign an agreement doesn’t mean that the player will leave. Both players are happy here. I hope the situation can be turned around. At the moment we are not close enough to announce anything.”
