The likelihood of Evan Ndicka joining AS Roma increases

As reported by Bild, representatives of Eintracht Frankfurt’s Evan Ndicka have been at AS Roma’s headquarters to discuss a potential move to the Italian side for the central-defender.

A contract offer until 2026 is still on the table at Eintracht Frankfurt but it appears as though Ndicka will leave SGE at the end of the season when his current deal expires.

Per the report, Ndicka could earn between €2.5m and €3m in Italy and Michaël N’Cho, a representative of the defender, has been pictured with colleagues and Roma manage Jose Mourinho.

Barcelona, Arsenal and Juventus have all shown previous interest in signing Ndicka, who will leave Eintracht Frankfurt after five years at the Hessen club.

Since his €5.5m from Auxerre in 2018, Ndicka has played 179 games across all competitions for Die Adler, and was also instrumental in their Europa League campaign last season.

It would also appear that Eintracht are preparing for the departure of Ndicka with the signing of Willian Pacho (21) from Royal Antwerp – everything has been agreed and the Ecuadorian will join the club in the summer.
