Bundesliga clubs show interest in Basel’s Andy Diouf

Fussball Transfers reports that several Bundesliga and English clubs are interested in Basel’s Andy Diouf.

The 19-year-old is currently on loan from Rennes in France and Basel have an option to buy Diouf in the summer. However, due to the demand in the midfielder it is unknown where he will end up as Basel may activate the buy option and sell him themselves.

Diouf has played 34 times for Basel since his move from France and has scored twice and assisted three times in his spell in Switzerland. The 19-year-old can play in midfield either in a defensive role or in an attacking role as well.

The midfielder is currently valued at €1.20 million and Diouf could of use to the likes of Eintracht Frankfurt who are set to lose Daichi Kamada and possibly Djibril Sow or Borussia Mönchengladbach with Manu Koné possibly leaving at the end of the season.
