Bayern Munich will attempt to sign both Harry Kane and Randal Kolo Muani this summer, according to Christian Falk.
Bayern are adamant and bringing in a top striker this summer whilst making a statement signing at the same time. However, not many would have banked on them going for both Kane and Kolo Muani simultaneously.
The Bundesliga champions have been linked with both forwards for some time. Kane has been a topic at Bayern for well over a year. The all-time England goalscorer is likely to move away from Tottenham Hotspur this summer with the London club not in a European competition.
Bayern have been speaking with the 29-year-old’s family and have been given the impression that he is open to moving to the Bundesliga. What’s more, Spurs would be more willing to sell Kane to a club outside of the Premier League.
Kolo Muani is Eintracht Frankfurt’s prized asset. Sporting director, Markus Krösche, insists that the French international is going to cost around €100m. Bayern value the player at around €80m but it’s Frankfurt who hold the cards with the 24-year-old still in contract.
Having missed out on Declan Rice, Bayern are currently looking for midfield alternatives as well as a top striker. It’s still early in the window but head coach Thomas Tuchel has work to do.
