Julian Nagelsmann: “It’s my first big title.”

Speaking after Bayern Munich’s 3-1 win against Borussia Dortmund and therefore their 10th consecutive Bundesliga title, head coach Julian Nagelsmann reacts to the special occasion.

“It felt good,” said Nagelsmann. “It was important that we got over the line today. It was a good setting. The beer shower was quite cold. It’s my first big title and a significant moment. It wasn’t all that easy, we took some knocks that weren’t easy to come back from. That’s why it’s all the more wonderful now. The team have great character.”

Serge Gnabry and Robert Lewandowski put Bayern Munich into a 2-0 lead in the first-half before Emre Can got a goal back for BVB. Jamal Musiala then added a third after 83 minutes.
