Speaking at Borussia Dortmund’s pre-match press conference ahead of their Bundesliga game against Arminia Bielefeld, head coach Marco Rose has confirmed that Erling Haaland is available.
“Erling Haaland is back in training and an option for the weekend, that also applies to Gio Reyna,” said Rose. “Erling is now pain free, which makes him very happy. He’s just happy that he’s now training with the team every day again and is in a very good mood. First and foremost, it’s always about health. Everything else is secondary.”
BVB are short on options in attack. Steffen Tigges suffered a broken ankle whilst Youssoufa Moukoko is injured. Rose also confirmed that Marco Reus is ill and will miss the game.
