Eintracht Frankfurt have submitted an offer of around €6 million for 18-year-old Angers forward Mohamed-Ali Cho, according to Sky Germany.
The Ligue 1 club want a reported €20m and would be open to selling Cho in the summer. Per the report, Eintracht are in good talks with representatives but are still far away from an agreement with Angers, who are commanding a higher transfer fee.
Frankfurt are in search of offensive reinforcements and the sort-after 19-year-old forward might just be what they’re looking for. Though Ali Cho has only scored twice in 27 appearances in Ligue 1 this season, the youngster is liked for his work rate off the ball.
Bayern Munich were also interested in signing Cho last summer but decided against a move. Marseille, Tottenham Hotspur, Borussia Dortmund and other European clubs have also shown a previous interest in signing Cho.
