Borussia Dortmund will be without Donyell Malen for their Bundesliga game against Stuttgart on Friday night due to a slight muscular problem, according to Sport1.
It was initially reported by Ruhr Nachrichten that the Dutchman wouldn’t travel with the squad ahead of their fixture, but citing an unknown reason. Malen wasn’t spotted at Dortmund Airport.
The 23-year-old has scored five and created six in 27 Bundesliga games for Borussia Dortmund this season.
17-year-old Englishman Jamie Bynoe-Gittens did travel with the squad for the first time and could make his debut.
