Corentin Tolisso injured for Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich head coach Julian Nagelsmann has given an injury update on Corentin Tolisso after the Frenchman was forced off the pitch with tears due to an injury sustained in their 4-1 win against Greuther Fürth.

“Coco has strained a muscle. We were initially worried that it was something more, but luckily it’s just a muscle strain,” said Nagelsmann, who also commented on Lucas Hernández: “It’s not bad with Luci, he has cramp.”

When asked how Tolisso will be replaced, Nagelsmann added: “How to replace Tolisso? With Marcel Sabitzer, with Marc Roca, with Jamal Musiala and hopefully soon with Leon Goretzka.”

Tolisso is expected to be out for a couple of weeks.
