Bayern Munich compete with Borussia Dortmund for Nico Schlotterbeck and Karim Adeyemi

Borussia Dortmund face competition from Bundesliga rivals Bayern Munich to sign Nico Schlotterbeck and Karim Adeyemi, according to Kicker.

BVB are working intensely to sign Schlotterbeck (Freiburg) and Adeyemi (RB Salzburg). The duo have a preference to join Borussia Dortmund but Bayern Munich are looking to strengthen their squad with the Germany internationals on their shortlist.

Schlotterbeck (22) would be a potential replacement for Niklas Süle, who will join Borussia Dortmund at the end of the season. Freiburg have set an asking price of a reported €25 million.

With Serge Gnabry yet to sign a contract extension, Adeyemi would be a potential replacement.
