2. Bundesliga side Werder Bremen have submitted an improved offer for 22-year-old winger Lirim Kastrati from Dinamo Zagreb, according to Sky Germany.
Bremen want to sign the Kosovan on loan with an obligation to buy but are yet to reach an agreement with the Croatian champions after seeing their first attempt knocked back.
Negotiations regarding the personal terms are still ongoing.
