Bundesliga side Bayern Munich have today confirmed that French defender Lucas Hernández has undergone successful surgery on his left knee.
Bayern sporting director Hasan Salihamidžić: “We wish Lucas a full and speedy recovery. Our doctors are very pleased with the course of the operation. He will be available again in a few weeks.”
The 25-year-old suffered a torn meniscus while on duty for France at Euro 2020 and will be out for a few weeks.
