Wolfsburg have reached an agreement in principle with 21-year-old Hannover 96 winger Linton Maina, according to Kicker.
Per reports last week, the Bundesliga club have already submitted an offer of €9 million for Maina, which coincides with Kicker’s report of an initial €5m bid plus future incentives.
Josip Brekalo has courted interest from several Italian clubs and with the potential signing of Maina, Wolfsburg would strengthen their wide areas.
