With all eyes on the Bundesliga’s restart, Mainz sporting director Rouven Schröder has discussed the added responsibility that the return brings with it.
“Every single player has a responsibility to implement this,” said Schröder. “We know that we’re being watched.
“A Kalou case is unacceptable, it’s against what we plan to do.”
The Bundesliga is the first of the top five leagues to return amid the Covid-19 pandemic, with the eyes of the world watching.
