Robert Lewandowski: “Winning the Champions League with Bayern Munich is my dream.”

Speaking exclusively to Sport Bild, Bayern Munich forward Robert Lewandowski discussed his recent surgery, his goals for 2020 and what keeps him motivated.

“The surgery went well, there were no problems,” said Lewandowski. “It was better for me at this point to train individually but don’t worry, I will be fit for the first game in Berlin if everything goes to play.

“In my private life, I only want health for me and my family. We’re expecting our second child, which gives me extra motivation. In terms of sports, winning the Champions league with Bayern is my dream and to also play well at the Euros with Poland.”
