Bayern Munich have announced the contract extension of Manuel Neuer until 2023.
“I didn’t want to make a decision during the break because nobody knew whether, when and how Bundesliga football would continue. It was also important to me to continue working with our goalkeeper coach Toni Tapalovic,” said Neuer.
“Now that this has been resolved, I’m looking to the future with great optimism. I feel very comfortable and at home here. FC Bayern is and remains one of the top European addresses in football.”
According to Bild, the Germany international earns between €15m and €20m per year.
