Speaking to the Kicker/DAZN podcast, Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen believes La Liga would be a league that suits Mario Götze.
The Borussia Dortmund attacker will leave the Bundesliga club at the end of the season when his contract expires, with a new club yet to be decided.
“Mario is a player who can handle the ball well, who can advance the game and that would definitely fit the Spanish league,” said ter Stegen.
“Is (Spain) his goal? I have no idea.”
As well as discussing Götze, the Barcelona stopper also revealed that he won’t be leaving Barcelona this summer.
