Speaking ahead of France vs Sweden, RB Leipzig defender Dayot Upamecano has confirmed that he held talks with several clubs, with Manchester United currently interested.
“I have extended my contract with Leipzig. I am targeted by several clubs, I speak with clubs, but I have time. We will see what happens in the future.”
The 21-year-old signed a contract extension in July with RB Leipzig until 2023, to prevent the Frenchman leaving on a free transfer in 2021.
