Bayern Leverkusen midfielder Kai Havertz completed a medical check in London on Sunday ahead of his proposed transfer to Chelsea, according to Christian Falk of Bild.
The Germany international will join Frank Lampard’s Chelsea for an initial €80 million with another €20m to be paid in bonuses, Havertz will join the Premier League club on a five-year contract.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the paperwork was signed nine days ago and Chelsea are already preparing the official announcement.
