Bayern Munich express interest in Max Aarons

According to Sky Germany, Bayern Munich have expressed their interest in 20-year-old Norwich City right-back Max Aarons.

Fellow Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen have also shown interest in signing the Englishman, who is available for around €20 million after Norwich City were relegated from the Premier League.

Hansi Flick wants to strengthen the right-back position this summer with Bayern unlikely to exercise their purchase option on Álvaro Odriozola and Benjamin Pavard picking up an injury.

Aarons is understood to be Bayern’s second option should they fail to sign 19-year-old Ajax defender Sergiño Dest.
