Bayer Leverkusen deny André Onana (Ajax) bid

Bayer Leverkusen Sporting Director Simon Rolfes has denied reports claiming the Bundesliga club have submitted an offer of €20 million for Ajax goalkeeper André Onana.

“Lukas [Hradecky] played a good season. We have a good keeper,” Rolfes told Kicker.

The original report came from Voetbal International and whilst reliable when it comes to Dutch football, it seemed odd that Bayer Leverkusen would be searching for a new No. 1 when they have Hradecky.
