Ruhr Nachrichten report that Borussia Dortmund want to sign Achraf Hakimi on a permanent deal but it’s unknown whether Real Madrid will allow the Morocco international to leave.
When asked whether he was a Madridista or a Borusse, Hakimi said: “Both! My heart is divided between Madrid and Dortmund. What I can say is that I am very happy to be with Borussia Dortmund. I feel very comfortable.”
There is no option to buy included in the loan deal, but Borussia Dortmund to have the right to match any bid made for him.
Hakimi joined the Bundesliga club in 2018 on a two-year loan deal and has since become an important player for Borussia, playing 54 games in all competitions, scoring nine and creating 13.
