Werder Bremen have reached an agreement with fellow Bundesliga side Hoffenheim for the loan of Kevin Vogt until the end of the season.
The 28-year-old will join Florian Kohfeldt’s Bremen, subject to a medical examination.
Vogt can play in defence or midfield and will offer stability to Bremen’s defence, which has been dealt with numerous injury problems.
