Werder Bremen are in talks with Southampton to sign Jannik Vestergaard on loan in January, according to Kicker.
The 27-year-old defender has fallen down the pecking order at Ralph Hasenhüttl’s Southampton whilst Werder would be interested in re-signing their former defender.
Vestergaard joined Southampton for £22.5 million in 2018 but has played just 934 minutes of Premier League football this season.
