Hertha BSC are closing in on the transfer of 22-year-old Stuttgart midfielder Santiago Ascacibar, according to Kicker.
The Argentina international wanted to leave Stuttgart in the summer following their relegation whilst the report suggests the 2. Bundesliga club would be willing to allow Ascacibar to leave with replacements already in the squad.
Bild suggest that a €10 million fee has been agreed.
