Bayern Munich President Uli Hoeneß has spoken on the difficulty of signing reported targets Leroy Sané and Atletico Madrid’s Rodri this summer.
Rumours have been rife over Sané returning to Germany, with the Manchester City winger currently out of favour under Pep Guardiola. Hoeneß however, has admitted that the financial strain of such a deal could be too much to overcome.
Speaking on the Sané situation, Hoeneß told SportBild: “I do not have exact numbers yet, but I think that the financial framework is very difficult. The whole package is difficult.”
He also appeared to dismiss recent links to Spanish holding midfielder Rodri, telling SportBild that he “does not know” the player.
