Hoffenheim have confirmed that Joelinton is in negotiations with a Premier League club.
Kicker reports this to be Newcastle United while Wolves have also shown previous interest in the Brazilian, who played an important role under Julian Nagelsmann last season.
The fee is thought to be around €40 million.
