Marko Grujic (Hertha BSC) believes he has a future at Liverpool

Liverpool midfielder Marko Grujic believes he still has a future at the Premier League club once his loan at current club Hertha BSC ends.

The 23-year-old joined Liverpool in 2016 but is now in his second season with Hertha BSC, where he’s become an integral member of the capital club, playing 31 games in all competitions.

“I want to improve my physical performance and take my concentration to another level. I want to be ready for Liverpool so I will have a chance to get into the team,” Gurjic told Liverpool Echo.

“The Bundesliga is one of the strongest leagues in the world and Hertha Berlin is a big club. It is very important for me to play regularly right now and [Klopp] told me to fight for my place in the team.”
