Jérôme Boateng wants to leave Bayern Munich

Jérôme Boateng’s new agent, Fali Ramadani, discussed the future of his client with Bayern Munich sporting director Hasan Salihamidžić a few weeks ago, according to Süddeutsche Zeitung.

According to the report, Boateng wants to leave the Bundesliga in January whilst Bayern are unlikely to stop the 31-year-old from leaving.

The former Germany international was linked with both Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United in the summer but was unable to find a team willing to pay his wage demands.

Boateng clashed with teammate Joshua Kimmich during Bayern’s 6-1 win against Werder Bremen.
