Heavily linked with a move to Bayern Munich, Jann-Fiete Arp has pledged his alliance to Hamburger SV, putting pen to paper on a deal which will keep him with der Dino until 2020.
Speaking after extending his deal at the Volksparkstadion, the 18-year-old said: “Leaving HSV was never an option for me, especially in such hard times. I want to give back what the club gave me that’s why it was clear to me that my path here has not ended yet.”
Reports suggested that HSV wanted Bayern Munich to double their price for the starlet and pay €5 million, but any deal is now off with the youngster deciding to stay with Christian Titz & Co.
