Eintracht Frankfurt are interested in signing Sporting CP’s Francisco Geraldes who could join his fellow teammate Goncalo Paciencia at the Bundesliga club, according to Bild.
Eintracht are expected to launch a €5 million bid, although the Portuguese side are hopeful of keeping the 23-year-old.
Croatia international Ante Rebic has attracted the attention of Premier League giants Manchester United – who look to secure a £44m deal – which has resulted in manager Adi Hütter upping his attempts to secure a deal for Geraldes as he looks to have more money at his disposal.
After finishing eighth last season, Hütter will be looking to add to his side as they look to push on for another strong campaign, with the added challenge of the Europa League.
