RB Leipzig are confident that Naby Keita will remain at the club next season after they qualified for Champions League football in their first top flight season.
A wanted man, Ralph Hasenhüttl told Leipziger Volkszeitung that he doesn’t see the Guinea international leaving in the summer, despite interest from Chelsea.
“He feels well, and we love him,” Hasenhuttl said. “We are a super exciting club. Naby sees how much the coach invests to make him better.
“If I take the celebrations as a benchmark (after qualifying for the Champions League), Naby will stay with us forever. You just don’t just leave a squad like ours.”
Keita scored eight and assisted seven goals in his 27 appearances at RB Leipzig this season.
