Hertha BSC have completed the signing of Valentino Lazaro from RB Salzburg on an initial one-year loan deal, with an option to buy.
“I’m overjoyed that this transfer has gone through. Hertha have been interested in me for some time. All the conversations I had with Michael Preetz and Pál Dárdai made me feel that Hertha is a club that I want to be a part of,” Lazaro told the club’s website.
“The timing of the injury is frustrating. For now, I’m just going to have to be patient but, as soon as I’m fit, I’m ready to give 100 percent. I am excited to get to know the team and the fans.”
