FC Schalke are prepared to offer €8million to Paris Saint-Germain for midfielder Benjamin Stambouli, according to Spanish publication MARCA.
The 25-year-old Frenchman failed to establish himself in Laurent Blanc’s side last season following a move from Tottenham Hotspur last summer, whilst new manager Unai Emery has also drafted in Pole Grzegorz Krychowiak as competition.
BILD reported yesterday that both Schalke and Spanish side Real Betis are interested in Stambouli.
