Chelsea no longer chase Shkodran Mustafi

The saga of Shkodran Mustafi continues as Matt Law of the Daily Telegraph tweets that Chelsea are no longer chasing the German defender.

This could be news that will be greeted by Arsenal fans, but whether Arsene Wenger stumps up to pay the fee, only time will tell.

Italian press also linked AC Milan with the German.

Also according to Matt Law, Arsenal will now make Mustafi their priority as they put their search for a striker on hold, following the injury to Gabriel Paulista.

Bid expected to be put in place within 48 hours.
