Inter Milan will make an official offer to VfL Wolfsburg for Luis Gustavo after receiving approval from their new manager Frank De Boer, according Gianluca Di Marzio.
It was being suggested that a change in mangers at the Italian club could hinder the progress of this deal, but it has been confirmed that new manager De Boer has given his go ahead for an official offer to be presented for the services of Luis Gustavo.
