Contrary to reports in the media in recent days, Ruhr Nachrichten have insisted that Borussia Dortmund have so far been unable to find a buyer for left-back Joo-Ho Park.
While BILD reported that his former club 1. FSV Mainz could look to bring Park back to the club, coach Martin Schmidt appears to have refuted this, saying that if they were to sign a defender “then that would be a younger player,” while Park is 29.
Also linked have been Werder Bremen, however Ruhr Nachrichten suggested that they are after a right-sided defender instead.
